How do you get started and does the whole workplace need to be involved?
Find the JOOLL you want to order on the page and press order. Then fill in the information, any add-ons and who has approved at the workplace. Afterwards you will both receive a confirmation by e-mail
You can easily start with 1 or a few JOOLLs before the rest of the workplace starts up – many people do. So it doesn’t have to be everyone who starts up straight away
Is insurance and service always included?
Yes, at JOOLL we’re all about simplicity, so of course that’s included.

What happens when my JOOLL period is over?
When the period is about to end, you can either exchange for a new stylish JOOLL, get a buy out option or quit your JOOLL and return it. Or a combination🙂 Service and insurance do not apply when buying out the bike. Most people get a brand new JOOLL including service and theft insurance. Simple and easy
What if my JOOLL is stolen or damaged in an accident?
First you make a report to the police, then you call JOOLL and we take care of the case. With our comprehensive insurance you get the bike replaced.

What do I do if my JOOLL breaks down?
Contact JOOLL at support.jooll.bike We’ll help you get your JOOLL repaired and deal with any warranty issues.
Can the company get a tax deduction for the cost of a JOOLL?

Does my JOOLL have GPS tracking?
No, your JOOLL does not come with gps by default. Som models have built-in GPS’s
Do I have to pay taxes on my JOOLL?
Yes, if you have been provided with a JOOLL by your employer, you must pay tax on it according to your personal tax rate. On the other hand, you can use it as much as you like!
Can my partner or spouse use my JOOLL?
Yes, as long as you are living together, you are free to use the other person’s JOOLL.
Why is JOOLL smarter than cash purchase?
As an employee, it is smarter with a JOOLL, as you do not have to buy an expensive bike with hard-earned tax dollars in cash. In addition, as an employee you can choose from a completely different quality shelf for a much cheaper and smarter economy model. At the same time, you get both a service agreement and theft insurance, so you can enjoy your new JOOLL every day without any worries.
Why doesn’t the workplace just buy the bike cash? The problem with that is that you lack a tax base, and thus the employee has to be taxed on the full breakdown price of the bike, service and insurance value immediately on the next pay slip. That’s no fun.
It is also not practical for the workplace to buy in cash, as you will have an asset to depreciate. With a JOOLL, it simply becomes an operating expense that is fully deductible in taxable income.
How long does it take from ordering to receiving my bike?
You will be notified of the expected delivery immediately after your choice of JOOLL has been approved by your manager. A week before delivery you will receive an update on a more accurate delivery date.
Can both big and small companies get JOOLLs?
Yes, JOOLL is for all types and sizes of businesses. You can easily start with 1 or 2 to try it out, but be careful – it’s contagious 🙂
Can you get child seats and bike trailer in your JOOLL package?
Of course you can! For example, you can get a Thule Yepp child seat to mount either on the saddle post or on the luggage rack for 29 DKK ex VAT per month. Trailers Thule start at DKK 180 ex VAT per month. Contact us for more information.
Can I get an extra battery, charger or other extra parts after I receive my JOOLL?
Yes, in some cases you can. Send an email to JOOLL and we’ll find a solution together. The best solution is to order all extras when you order your JOOLL to begin with.
Can I change bikes during the JOOLL period?
Yes, after 12 months, you have the option to swap to a new JOOLL on a new agreement. Please get in touch via our contact form if you are interested in hearing more or if you already have a JOOLL bike.
